摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学法在妇产科护理学临床教学中的应用效果。方法将本科护理实习学生70人随机分为两组,每组35人。实验组教学采用以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法。实习结束后对两组学生进行同期考核,并采用问卷调查法对教学方法进行综合评估。结果实验组学生专科理论考核成绩、专科技能考核成绩、实习综合评价均优于对照组,差异有显著性(t=2.039~2.613,χ2=3.916~74.390,P〈0.05)。结论 PBL教学法激发了学生的学习主动性,提高了学生在实习过程中分析问题和解决问题的能力,有助于培养学生的综合护理素质。Objective To assess the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods Seventy undergraduate nursing students were equally randomized to experimental group and control group. PBL teaching was applied in the experimental group, and in the control group traditional teaching method was adopted. After the end of internship, a concurrent evaluation was conducted in students of both groups, and a comprehensive assessment for the teaching method was carried out using questionaire survey. Results The examination resultsspecialized theory, specialized skills and comprehensive evaluation of practice of students in the experimental group were better than that in the control group, the differences being significant (t=2.039-2.613,x^2 =3.916-74.390;P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method stimulates students' learning initiative, raises their ability to analyze and solve problems during the process of practice, which is helpful to cultivate students' comprehensive nursing quality.
