摘  要:目的探讨槲皮素是否对过氧化氢诱导的晶状体上皮细胞(HLE-B3)氧化损伤具有缓解作用。方法用H2O2处理HLE-B3细胞,建立氧化应激模型。用MTT方法检测细胞活力变化,同时利用ROS检测细胞内槲皮素对细胞氧化损伤的缓解效果。结果槲皮素单独处理不会促进细胞增殖。在H2O2处理下,槲皮素可有效减少细胞内活性氧的堆积,进而抑制H2O2对晶状体上皮细胞造成的氧化损伤。结论槲皮素能够显著缓解H2O2诱导的氧化应激损伤。Objective To investigate protective role of quercetin on cellular oxidate injury induced by hydrogen peroxide in HLE- B3 cell line. Methods H2O2 was used to establish an oxidative injury cell model. MTT assay was used to evaluate the effects of quercetin on cell proliferation and measure its protective role on the oxidative injury model by H2O2 induced. ROS assay was used to detect the protective effect by quercetin on HLE- B3 cells oxidative injury by H2O2 induced as well. Results Quercetin had no toxicity to HLE- B3 cells under the tested concentrations. This study was demonstrated that quercetin could obviously inhibited oxidative damage by H2O2 induced HLE- B3 cells with MTT and ROS methods. Conclusions This study demonstrated that quercetin can be used as an antioxidant to prevent the cellular injury induced by H2O2 in cultured HLE- B3 cells.
