摘 要:目的探讨脑肿瘤患者认知功能障碍的影响因素。方法用简易精神状态测验(mini–mental state examination,MMSE)在227例脑肿瘤患者开始治疗前评测认知功能,评测得分用SPSS软件进行单因素分析。结果恶性肿瘤114例,平均得分21.9分;良性病变113例,平均得分25.2分(P<0.01)。颅底肿瘤83例,平均得分24.6;后颅窝肿瘤25例,平均得分25.9分;脑室肿瘤11例,平均得分24.7分;大脑凸面肿瘤98例,平均得分22.2分;脑深部核团10例,平均得分21分(P<0.01)。结论 MMSE适用于肿瘤患者认知功能的评测,恶性肿瘤比良性肿瘤更易引起认知障碍,大脑凸面和脑深部核团的肿瘤易引起认知功能障碍。Objective To explore the influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in patients with brain tumors.Method Assessment cognitive function by Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) in 227 patients with brain tumors prior to treatment. Statistical analyses were made by SPSS software via ANOVA.Result There were 114 cases of malignant tumor, scored an average of 21.9. Benign lesions in 113 cases, with an average score of 25.2 (P〈0.01). Skull base tumor in 83 cases, with an average score of 24.6. Convex brain tumor in 98 cases, with an average score of 22.2. Infratentorial tumor in 25 cases, scored an average of 25.9. Intraventricular tumors in 11 cases, scored an average of 24.7. Tumor of deep brain nuclei in 10 cases, scored an average of 21 (P〈0.01).Conclusion MMSE is suitable for evaluation of cognitive function in patients with brain tumor, malignant tumors are more likely to cause cognitive impairment than benign tumors, brain convex and deep brain nuclei tumors usually cause cognitive dysfunction.
