摘  要:食品安全问题关乎公民的切身利益。近年来,我国食品安全问题持续升温,肉制品质量问题更是被频频曝光。关于肉制品等食品安全的相关法律规制问题亟待完善并发挥其应有作用。肉制品产业安全标准的科学制定、刑法保护路径的完善、检察院民事公益诉讼试点方案的贯彻落实等问题的有效解决,有利于实现法律对肉制品等食品安全问题的有效规制,从而促进我国食品产业的有序发展。Food safety issues were related to vital interests of civics. In recent years, our country' s food safety problems continued to heat up. And the quality problem of the meat was exposed frequently. The problems of the legal regulation of food safety on meat products need to be improved and play its due role. The scientific meat products industry safety standards were made, the path of criminal law protection was improved and the problems of procuratorate civil public interest litigation pilot program imple- mentation were effectively solved. Those were benefit to achieve law effective regulation to food safety question of meat products, and promote the orderly development of our country food industry.
