摘　　要：目的 探讨皮质类固醇引起的青光眼的临床特徵及诊治原则。方法 对31例43眼患者病史,糖皮质激素使用情况作回顾性分析,结果 26例(38眼)临床表现为开角型青光眼,28例(40眼)在停用激素和采用抗青光眼药物治疗后,眼压恢复正常;3例(3眼)最终施行抗青光眼手术治疗。结论 临床连用皮质类固醇药物时应随访眼压、眼底。Objective To stud\ the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of corticosteroid glaucoma. Methods Thirty-one cases (43 eyes. 18 men and 13 women) of corticosleroid glaucoma resulting from topical administration of steroid, were studied. Results In 26 cases (38 e\es). the clinical manifestations were similar to those of open angle glaucoma. In 28 cases (40 eyes), intraocular pressure returned to normal when corticosteroid administration was stopped and antiglaueoma treatment was begun.In 3 cases (3 eyes) aniiglaiicoma surgery was performed. Conclusion It is imperative that patients receiving long-term topical corticosteroid therapy should ha\e periodic lonometry and ophthalmoscopy.
