摘　　要：从新型职业农民培养政策研究观点出发,对已有的政策进行总结归纳,主要可分为推行教育优惠政策、加强新型职业农民培训、改善农村生产生活条件、完善农业农民扶持政策四个方面。从政策层面提出了优化建议:要重视职业教育教学改革,完善新型职业农民教育制度化体系;要加快农民教育培训立法,保障新型职业农民权益;要建立农业资格准入制度,准确选择财政资助对象;要支持农业科技创新,实行农业规模化发展。With the cultivation policy of new professional farmers as a staring point, the existing policies can be summarized and then divided into four aspects such as carrying out preferential education policies, strengthening the training of new professional farmers, improving working and living conditions in rural areas, optimizing support policies to agriculture and farmers. Tuning recommendations has been put forward from the policy perspective： emphasizing vocational education teaching and learning reform to complete and perfect new professional farmer education system; speeding up legislation of farmer education to ensure their rights; setting up agricultural qualification admittance system to precisely choose financing targets; sustaining agricultural technology creation to achieve mechanization.
