摘  要:针对海底管道连接器专用测试平台进行了液压系统的联合仿真.根据液压原理图和控制方框图使用AMEsim软件对液压控制系统进行模拟,通过仿真结果分析液压缸运动的同步性和活塞杆受力情况,以及系统保压时活塞杆作用力的变化情况.通过模拟得到液压缸在运动和加载情况下误差能够保证在3%范围内,多只液压缸同时动作时能够保证很好的稳定性,在扭矩加载时两只液压缸达到最大位移和加载力相差0.8 s,误差为2.8%<3%,满足试验需求,试验台液压系统具有良好的性能.The joint simulation of hydraulic system is carried out on the test platform of submarine pipeline connector. According to the hydraulic principle diagram and control block diagram,the hydraulic control system was simulated by AMEsim software. The simulation results were used to analyze the synchronization of the hydraulic cylinder and the force of the piston rod,and the change of the force of the piston rod when the system is under pressure. Through the simulation of the hydraulic cylinder in the case of motion and load can be guaranteed in the 3%range,multiple hydraulic cylinders at the same time to ensure good stability,when the torque load two hydraulic cylinders to reach the maximum displacement and load force difference of 0. 8s,the error is 2. 8% 3%,to meet the test requirements,test bench hydraulic system has good performance.
