民营经济发展与区域文化根植性——以东北再振兴为背景的实证研究

摘　　要：本研究着眼于民营经济发展的区域文化根植性,试图探究民营企业生存与发展的个性化特征,寻找民营经济创立与发展过程中的关键因素与内在规律。研究认为,在民营企业创业阶段,区域文化所体现的各种正式和非正式的社会关系网络会对创业者及创业团队的创业偏好产生重要影响,通过创业者的核心价值观塑造所创企业的核心价值观乃至企业文化,进而影响所在区域的社会核心价值观及区域文化,如此往复。该作用与反作用过程又形成了一张正式和非正式的社会关系网络,即民营经济区域根植性问题的发展路径。This study focuses on the region embeddedness of the development of private economy, trying to explore the personalized features of the survival and development of private enterprise, to find the key factors and the inherent law in the process of establishment and development of private economy. Research suggests that a variety of formal and informal social networks reflected by regional culture would impact importantly the venture preferences of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial team in the stage of private enterprises. The core values of entrepreneurs influences the enterprise＇s core values and corporate culture, affecting the social core values of the region and the regional culture in turn, so on. The action and reaction process forms a formal and informal social relations network, namely the development path of zone embeddedness problems of private economy.
