摘 要:*铝盐絮凝剂在湖泊富营养化治理中得到了广泛应用,应用过程中对水环境的改变可能会影响沉水植物的生长。该研究采用室外模拟试验,考察了连续投加不同浓度梯度的明矾(KAl(SO_4)_2·12H_2O)铝盐对五刺金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum oryzetorum Kom.)生长的影响。试验设置了6个处理:1#(对照组)、2#、3#、4#、5#、6#,分别投加6个梯度的明矾,投加量分别为0.0、0.2、0.8、2.0、4.0、10.0 mg/L。结果表明:(1)当投加量达到约2.0mg/L时,水中铝盐浓度明显升高,并随着投加的积累持续升高,低浓度投加对水中铝盐浓度影响不大;(2)水中铝盐浓度约(250±100)μg/L时,最适于金鱼藻的生长;低于150μg/L,金鱼藻生长一般;高于700μg/L,则对金鱼藻的生长有明显损害,叶绿素含量显著降低;(3)水中铝盐浓度达到360μg/L时,对刚毛藻有明显毒害作用,抑制其光合作用,但藻体并没有死亡;铝盐浓度达到700μg/L时,铝盐已导致了刚毛藻藻体的死亡。Aluminum flocculant has been often applied for lakes eutrophication control,which however could likely cause the changes of water environment in the process of application,affecting the submerged macrophytes growing in the water. In an outdoor simulation experiment,effects of continuous addition of alum in different concentrations on the growth of submerged macrophyte C. oryzetorum Kom were studied. Six treatment groups were set up:1#(the control group,no addition),2#(0.2 mg/L),3#(0.8 mg/L),4#(2.0 mg/L),5#(4.0 mg/L),6#(10.0 mg/L). The results showed that when added dosage of alum was as high as 2.0 mg/L,aluminum salt concentration of the dramatically and continued to rise as alum being accumulated;while lower dosage had little impacts. When aluminum salt concentration of the water maintained(250±100) μg/L,C. oryzetorum Kom grown in the water well thrived;when less than 150 μg/L,C. oryzetorum Kom. kept in general state;but when more than 700 μg/L,the detrimental effect on C. oryzetorum Kom. growth was noted,and in the same time,its chlorophyll content decreased notably. On the other hand,as to Cladophora oligoclona,360 μg/L of alum was harmful and its photosynthesis was inhibited,though it remained live;however,700 μg/L of alum in the water could lead to the perishing of Cladophora oligoclona body.
