刺松藻抑藻活性物质分离的初步研究

摘　　要：采用甲醇浸泡刺松藻干粉末,适当处理后,制备到此海藻的甲醇提取物(过滤和减压蒸干)。抑藻活性检测表明,当浓度为4.0 mg/mL时,此甲醇提取物明显抑制了米氏凯伦藻的生长。进一步采用2种液液萃取方法,对此提取物进行分离,共获得8个液液萃取分离组分。这些组分对米氏凯伦藻均表现出抑藻活性。在此基础上,采用化学成分系统预试验方法,初步分析了这些抑藻活性组分的化学成分。结果表明,刺松藻甲醇提取物的液液萃取分离组分中主要含有鞣质、有机酸和黄酮。最后,对抑藻活性组分进行了硅胶GF_(254)薄层层析检测,得到了较为适宜的展开剂,为后续采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化奠定了良好的实验基础。目前,国内外尚未见刺松藻抑藻活性物质的相关研究。Codium fragile,a species of green macro-algae,was treated and made into dry powder that was then soaked in methanol,and thereby the methanol extract（MECF） was obtained. It was found that MECF,when in concentration of 4.0mg/m L,effectively inhibited the growth of Karenia mikimitoi. Furthermore,experimental partitioning of MECF was carried out using two different methods of liquid-liquid extraction,which resulted in eight solvent fractions that all showed inhibition to Karenia mikimitoi. Chemical constituents of these fractions of MECF were analyzed as well,which indicated the presences of bioactive compounds such as tannin,organic acids and flavones. Finally,the eight fractions were applied to silica gel thin-layer chromatography（TLC）to get the appropriate developing agent for subsequent isolation and purification by silica gel column chromatography.
