摘 要:建立了离子色谱(IC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用测定饲料中Cr(Ⅵ)的方法。样品经震荡提取后,以100 mmol/L NH_4NO_3(p H 7.5)为流动相,在Ion Pac AS19(4×250 mm)色谱柱上分离后测定。结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)在0~50μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r^2)大于0.9990,检出限为0.3μg/L。在3,4.5和6μg/L 3个浓度添加水平的回收率在80%~120%之间,相对标准偏差为0.86%~3.3%。方法适用于饲料中Cr(Ⅵ)的测定。A method was developed to measure chromium( Cr( Ⅵ)) in the extract of feeds using ion chromatography( IC) coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). 100 mmol / L NH4NO3( p H 7. 5) solution was chosen as the mobile phase to separate chromium( Ⅲ) and chromium( Ⅵ)within 7 min on the Ion Pac AS19 anion analysis column. Under the optimal conditions,a limit of detection of0. 3 μg / L for the detection of chromium( Ⅵ) is obtained with an injection volume of 100 μL. The procedure was applied to the analysis of chromium( Cr( Ⅵ)) in feeds with satisfactory results. The method showed a good linearity( R = 0. 9996) in the range of 0 ~ 50 μg / L. The spiked recoveries were in the range of 80% ~ 120%with RSDs( n = 6) between 0. 86% and 3. 3%. The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and was suitable for the determination of chromium( Cr( Ⅵ)) in feeds.
