不同强度运动对骨性关节炎大鼠关节液白细胞介素-1β的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同强度运动对骨性关节炎(OA)大鼠关节液中白细胞介素(IL)-1β的影响。方法:将48只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组,低等、中等和高等强度运动组,每组12只。所有大鼠关节腔内注射木瓜蛋白酶诱导OA大鼠模型建立。按照不同强度运动对所有OA大鼠进行为期4周的有氧跑台运动。4周后取各组OA大鼠后肢关节液,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测IL-1β在OA大鼠关节液中的表达。结果:IL-1β表达高等强度运动组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),中等强度运动组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),低等强度运动组虽低于对照组,但差异无统计学(P>0.05)。结论:中等强度的运动可能更加有利于保护OA的关节。Objective： To investigate the effect of different exercise intensity on interleukin （ IL ）-1βin the synovial fluid of osteoarthritis （ OA） rats.Methods： Fourty-eight male rats were divided into control group , low intensity exercise group , moderate intensity exercise group and high intensity exercise group , each group was 12 rats.Papain was injected to induce the model of OA .All the rats were trained with different exercise intensity . After 4 weeks, the synovial fluid was extracted from hind limbs .The expression of IL-1βin the synovial fluid of OA rats was detected by ELISA .Results：Expression of IL-1βin the high intensity exercise group was higher than that in control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .Expression of IL-1βin the moderate intensity exercise group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Expression of IL-1βin the low intensity exercise group was lower than that in control group but there was no statistically difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Moderate intensity of exercise may be more conducive to protect the osteoarthritis of the joints .
