醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉注射液对肺性脑病患者神经功能缺损评分及血气分析的影响

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉注射液对肺性脑病患者神经功能缺损评分及血气分析的影响。方法将67例肺性脑病患者随机分为2组。对照组33例在西医常规对症支持治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉注射液治疗,治疗组34例在西医常规、对症支持治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液、依达拉奉注射液治疗。2组均治疗10 d后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_2)、二氧化碳分压[p(CO_2)]、氧分压[p(O_2)]及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率91.2%,对照组总有效率81.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后NHISS评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后动脉SaO_2、p(CO_2)、p(O_2)改善明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后均未出现明显的不良反应。结论醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗肺性脑病能够促进患者脑神经的康复,改善体内的氧化应激状态及呼吸功能,疗效肯定。Objective To observe the effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with Edaravone injection on National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（ NIHSS） and blood gas analysis in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy. Methods 67 subjects with pulmonary encephalopathy were randomly divided into two groups. 33 subjects in control group were treated by routine symptomatic and supportive treatment combine with Edaravone injection. 34 subjects in treatment group were treated by Xingnaojing injection on the basis of control group treatment. The curative effect was evaluated 10 d after treatment in two groups. The NIHSS,SaO_2,p（CO_2）,p（O_2） before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 91. 2%） was superior to that in control group（ 81. 8%,P〈0. 05）. The NHISS after treatment was decreased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The improvements of SaO_2,p（CO_2） and p（O_2） after treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group,with statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）,and no obvious side effects were observed. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with Edaravone injection can improve the recovery of cranial nerve in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy,and improve the process of oxidative stress and respiratory function,with exact effects.
