摘　　要：木形人脉象上表现为整体脉寸强尺弱、进多退少,以左手脉为主;木形人木气独旺,易患肝胆、筋脉、关节、头、颈、眼、脾胃(克伐)、肺(反侮)方面疾病。木形人在外感六淫上,同气相求,易感受风邪,脉象表现为上、浮、粗;阴阳极性表现为阴虚阳亢,易感受燥邪,脉象表现为细、涩、枯。在七情上,木形人易怒,脉象上表现为左关脉浮鼓,其病机演化:肝气犯胃,则兼有右关脉浮鼓;肝气犯肺,则兼有右寸脉浮鼓;肝火犯脾,则兼有右尺脉粗滑;怒气不得宣泄,气机不畅,肝气郁结,则表现为左手脉的沉、涩、动,时间久的甚则延及右手脉。木形人好思虑过度,脉象上表现为刚、细、内曲、涩。其病机演化:思则气结,气机不畅,脉象表现为左手脉的滞涩感;气结化火,火性炎上,脉象表现为上、热、进多退少;心脾两伤,心血虚则左寸脉涩、弱;脾虚则右关尺脉弱、滑。木形人生命过程流的整体态势是阴虚阳亢、亡阳、脱证。The wood type of people has pulse condition with strong Cun pulse and weak Chi pulse, more attacking and less retrea- ting, and focusing on left hand pulse in the upward. The wood type of people has excessive wood qi, and easily suffers from disea- ses involving liver and gallbladder, tendons ,joints, head, neck, eyes, spleen and stomach（ due to restriction） , lung（ due to counter- restriction）. In terms of six exopathogens,due to the fact that like attracts like,the wood type of people is easily attacked by wind leading to upward,floating and thinking pulse. In terms of yin-yang extreme feature,the wood type of people shows asthenic yin causing predominant yang,is easily attacked by dryness leading to thin, unsmooth and retarding pulse. In terms of seven emotions, the wood type of people easily becomes angry leading to floating and drum-like guan pulse, and its pathogenesis develops as fol- lows：Liver qi attacking the stomach leads to floating and drum-like right guan pulse;Liver qi attacking the lung leads to floating and drum-like right Cun pulse;Liver fire attacking the spleen leads to rough and smooth left Chi pulse;Anger which can not be dispersed leads to unsmooth qi activity,stagnated liver qi, and sinking, unsmooth and moving left hand pulse, even involving the right hand pulse. The wood type of people has excessive contemplation, and powerful,thin, curving and unsmooth pulse condition. Its pathogenesis develops as follows：Contemplation leads to stagnated qi,unsmooth qi activity,unsmooth left hand pulse;Stagnated qi generates fire tending to flame,leading to upward and hot pulse condition with more attacking and less retreating;For injury of both the heart and spleen, heart blood deficiency leads to unsmooth and weak left Cun pulse,while spleen deficiency leads to weak and slippery right guan Chi pulse. The general life process of wood type of people is from asthenic yin causing predominant yang, to yang exhaustion and finally to depleting syndrome.
