摘　　要：如何开展好中外合作办学,关键因素取决于教学质量。因此,构建和完善高校中外合作办学项目质量保障体系,建立行之有效的运行机制和维护策略,具有非常重要的价值和意义。文章基于国内中外合作办学项目ESP的教学现状,根据其教学中存在的教学目的、性质和任务不明确、教师队伍良莠不齐、缺乏合理的评估机制等主要问题,构建了中外合作办学项目ESP教学质量保障体系的四大模块:教学过程监控体系、教学条件保障体系、教学管理组织体系和教学质量评价体系。As for the way to carry out the Sino-foreign cooperative education, the key factor depends on the quality of teaching. Therefore, it has a very important value and significance to construct and perfect the quality as- surance system of Sino-foreign cooperative education project in colleges and universities to establish an effective operational mechanism and maintenance strategy. Based on the current situation of ESP, cooperative education pro- gram at home, according to the main problems such as uncertain nature, task and purpose of teaching, uneven in quality of the teachers, lack of assessment mechanism, four modules are constructed in the teaching quality guaran- tee system of ESP, the Sino-foreign cooperative education project： the supervisory system in the process of teach- ing, teaching conditions, security system, teaching management system and teaching quality evaluation system.
