基于自主管理的高校班级干部管理机制研究

摘　　要：高校班级干部主要由班长、团支书、学委以及各班级活动面向的委员构成,应当具备高度的责任感、优秀的学习成绩、良好的团队协作意识与过硬的心理素质四方面的素养。但由于种种原因,目前高校班级干部管理过程中仍然存在着分工不合理、学生干部自我实践路径转换障碍、学生干部思想意志不坚定以及辅导老师工作指导不够细致等方面的问题。为解决这些问题,可以在自主管理理论的指导下,建构起辅导老师引导、培训、评价反馈,学生自主管理、自我疏导,学院与学校强化制度顶层设计三位一体的高校班级干部管理机制。University class student cadre team is mainly composed of monitors, league branch secretaries, com- missaries in charge of studies and commissaries for other class activities, who should be characterized in personali- ties including great sense of responsibility, outstanding grades, excellent consciousness of team cooperation and per- fect mastery of psychological quality. However, some serious issues, such as unreasonable division of labor, barrier in transition for self-actualization approaches, unclear and infirm ideology and incompact guidance from counselors, still cannot be solved adequately. Hence, it is significant to construct the counselor system charging for guiding, training, evaluating and feedback, improve the students＇ abilities in self-management, enhance the top-level design via the strength of university under the instructions of self-management theories for solving these problems above.
