摘　　要：文章通过阐述针对自闭症特教老师、大学心理学教师和企业员工实施的应用戏剧工作坊的调研、设计和实施过程,总结出应用戏剧工作坊6E模型:Education教育、Enabling使能、Empowering授权、Entertaining娱乐、Engineering工程和Expertise专业性。在分别说明6E的基础上,文章进而指明6E之间相辅相成的关系,并反思如何可以评估应用戏剧工作坊的有效性。Through depicting the discovery, design and delivery process of applied theater workshops targeting at special education teachers for autism, college psychology instructors and company employees, this paper summa- rizes a 6E model for applied theater workshops： education, enabling, empowering, entertaining, engineering and expertise. On basis of detailed explanation of each of these 6 components, this paper continues to point out the inter- connection among them, and finally reflects on the effectiveness of applied theater workshops.
