PAD课堂在心理学理论课教学改革中的应用与反思

摘　　要：为了解决心理学理论课在运用传统讲授式教学模式中遇到的教学困境,尝试采用PAD课堂教学模式进行教学改革,将教学过程分为讲授、内化讨论三个过程,研究将学生随机分为实验班和对照班,实验班采用PAD课堂,对照班采用传统讲授式课堂。实验结果表明PAD课堂取得了较好的教学效果:学生的思考能力、学习的自主性有所提高。To solve the dilemma of psychology theory course in the use of traditional teaching mode, the PAD class is used for the teaching reform, PAD classincludes three process： presentation assimilation and discussion. Students are divided into an experimental group and control group, experiment group is taught in PAD class, control group is taught in the traditional teaching mode, the result shows that PAD class have achieved good effect, students＇ ability of thinking and autonomic learning has increased.
