摘 要:目的:为提高我校泌尿外科手术临床教学质量,我校在泌尿外科手术临床医学教学环节中引入泌尿外科手术实验模型,并对临床课堂实践效果进行研究。方法:在2014年9月的入校学生中随机选取两个班级,对其进行临床试验教学,对照组学生人数38人利用传统泌尿外科手术临床教学方式对学生进行指导;实验组学生40人,在传统泌尿外科手术教学基础上引入泌尿外科手术模型对其进行教学。教学完成后利用问卷调查与访谈调查对学生学习效果进行评价与总结。结果:实验组学生对泌尿外科手术的了解情况更好,各项指标的成绩均高于对照组学生。结论:在当代科技不断发展,医患纠纷时常发生,在泌尿外科手术临床医学教学中引入泌尿外科手术实验模型,能有效提高临床教学质量,促进泌尿外科的手术教学,值得推广使用与深入发展。Objective: To improve my school urological surgery clinical teaching quality, the university introduced an experimental model in clinical teaching of urological surgery in classroom practice and clinical effects were studied. Methods: two classes are formed by randomly selecting freshmen of 2014 in September, who are taught to conduct clinical trials, the control group of 38 people is taught through traditional clinical teaching in urology surgery; 40 students in the experimental group are introduced urologic surgery urological surgery based on the model of traditional teaching. After the completion of teaching, the questionnaire and interview survey of student learning was evaluated and summarized. Results: The students in experimental group can understand the situation better for urological surgery, the results of the indicators were higher than students. Conclusion: with the continuous develop- ment of contemporary science and technology, medical disputes often happens, the introduction of an experimental model in urological surgery urological surgery clinical teaching can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching, promote teaching urology surgery, it is worth promoting the use and further development.
