摘 要:高校辅导员的职业定位和社会意义决定了该队伍能力建设的重要性,立足于职业幸福感的角度去探讨辅导员能力建设问题有较强的研究价值。文章分析了当前辅导员队伍的职业幸福感和能力建设内涵,探讨了辅导员职业幸福感不足对职业认知能力、能力的可持续性、专业能力建设、人际协调能力等方面的影响,从而提出从精神生活、社会支持、学习科研、职业发展等层面增强职业幸福感以提高辅导员队伍能力的对策。As university counselors' career orientation and social significance attach great importance to their capacity building, it is great value to discuss their capacity building from the perspective of the professional happi- ness. This paper tries to come up with a definition of the contents of professional happiness and capability building of university counselors in detail.Besides, this paper analyzes the status quo of university counselors' professional happiness through questionnaire, and expounds the effect of professional happiness on their capability building.Fur- thermore, it also puts forward a scheme on improving the capability building by strengthening university counselors' professional happiness from the dimensions of spiritual life. social support, study as well as research.
