摘　　要：采用化学成分分析、金相检验、断口、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对WCB闸阀阀体拉伸性能不合格的原因进行了分析。结果表明,阀体中碳含量偏低、残余铸态组织、非金属夹杂物及显微疏松是导致WCB闸阀阀体拉伸性能不合格的原因。Unqualified WCB gate valve body in tensile properties was analyzed by the method of chemical composition,metallographic examination, fracture, SEM and EDS analysis. the results show that the cause of unqualified valve body in tensile properties is low carbon content, residual as-cast structure, non-metallic inclusion and microporosity.
