摘 要:从水玻璃化学改性探讨了改善水玻璃旧砂干法再生性能的方法,采用复合磷酸盐对水玻璃进行化学改性,并对磷酸盐改性水玻璃旧砂进行"加热-机械法"再生。研究结果表明:当复合磷酸盐的含量为4%时,改性水玻璃砂具有较好的即时干强度和较低的高温残余强度。在旧砂再生工艺过程中,3个因素的影响能力为受热温度>再生时间>再生速度。经过复合磷酸盐改性的水玻璃旧砂脱膜率最高为26.8%,其工艺参数为受热温度350℃,再生时间8 min,再生转速2 000 r/min。The dry regeneration performances of modified sodium silicate sand were studied. The properties of sodium silicate sand were improved by compound phosphate, and the modified sodium silicate were regenerated using"heating-mechanical method". The results show that, when the content of compound phosphate is 4%, the modified sodium silicate sand has good instant dry strength and low temperature residual strength. In the process of old sand recycling, the influence of the three factors is the heating temperature the regeneration time the regeneration speed. The release rate of the old sand is 26.8%, and the process parameters is 350 ℃, the regeneration time is 8 min and the regeneration speed is 2 000 r/min.
