摘 要:[目的/意义]随着开放式创新环境下企业R&D合作的日益增加,R&D合作伙伴的评估与选择已受到学界和实务界的高度关注。[方法/过程]在梳理现有R&D合作伙伴选择方法的基础上,尝试采用专利组合分析方法,提出了通过定量评估潜在伙伴之间的资源匹配性来有效选择R&D合作伙伴的方法与操作步骤。[结果/结论]结合算例分析检验表明,该方法同时考虑了伙伴之间的资源互补性与相似性,不仅降低了选择过程的复杂性,而且为企业管理者在开放式创新环境下选择更为合适的R&D合作伙伴提供了方法支撑与实践启示。[ Purpose,/Signifieanee] Along with the increasing R&D cooperation in the open innovation environment, the evaluation and selection of R&D partners have become a focused concern of the academic and practical circles. [ Method/Praeess ] On the basis of revie- wing the existing selection methods of R&D partners, this paper uses patent portfolio analysis method and puts forward a quantitative meth- od, including the operational steps, for choosing the ideal R&D parmer effectively via assessing the resources fit between potential part- ners. [ Result/Conclusion ] The example given shows that the proposed method considers both of the resource complementarity and similar- ity of the parmers, thus not only reduces the complexity of selection process, but also provides the method and practice implications for en- terprise managers to choose a more suitable R&D partner in the open innovation environment.
