摘　　要：作为毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,住院医师规范化培训是临床医学生成长为合格医生的必经途径,对于完善我国医疗人才队伍建设,提高医疗服务水平至关重要。尽管目前我国的住院医师规范化培训在培训制度、财政政策保障等方面有了很大进展,但在具体的培训中仍然面临诸多问题,本研究就我国当前住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题进行梳理与总结,并提出相关参考建议。As an important part of medical education after graduation, standardized training for resident physicians is a neces- sary way for clinical medical students to grow into qualified physicians,which is significant to perfect the medical talents building and to improve the level of medical service in our country. Although the current standardized training for resident physicians have t had a great progress i/n training system and fiscal safeguard mechanism in our country, it is still faced with many problems in the specific practice. In this study, we sort out and summarize the existing problems in the standardized training for resident physicians currently in China, and put forward some relevant suggestions for future reference.
