摘　　要：目的:了解山东省城乡老人心理健康状况有无差异及相关影响因素。方法:运用SCL-90量表,对山东省六个地市898名城市老年人、1115名农村老年人的心理健康状况进行了调查分析。结果:城乡老年人的心理问题阳性检出率并无明显差异;除了抑郁因子外,其余因子的得分也无明显差异;不同人口特征、不同生理健康状况的城乡老年人症状自评得分均无明显差异;社会经济因素的部分变量城乡差异较为明显(P<0.05);随着引入变量的不断增加,城乡差异呈逐渐缩小态势。结论:山东省城乡老人心理问题既表现出一定的共同特征,又有略微的差异;国内外的相关研究尚无统一结论;对城乡老人心理健康问题的干预策略既要遵循一致性的原则,也要注意心理问题产生原因的城乡差别。Objective To study the status of mental health of the elderly in urban and rural Shandong and its influencing fac- tors. Methods The status of mental health of 898 cases of the elderly in six cities and 1115 cases in rural areas of Shandong Prov- ince was surveyed with self-reporting inventory （SCL-90）. Results There had no significant differences of positive detection rate of psychological problems among the elderly in urban and rural areas. Except for the depression factor, scores of other factors were not significantly different among them. There had no significant differences of scores of self-evaluation symptom among old people with different demographic characteristics and physical health status. The differences among the elderly in urban and rural areas de- creased with the increase of introduced factors. Conclusion The status of mental health of the elderly in urban and rural Shandong was characteristic. To make intervention strategy for mental health of the ehlerly in urban and rural areas, not only the principle of consistency should be followed, but also the differences between urban and rural areas should be paid attention to.
