摘 要:体能是冰球运动员竞技的基础和保障,学术界对其研究尚显不足。通过分析相关文献资料,对冰球运动员的体能训练需求、训练方法和专项体能评估方法进行综述和剖析,并得出:冰球运动属于投射竞技类运动,其供能方式为磷酸原、糖酵解和有氧供能系统配合工作;而当前体能训练方法的研究主要集中在速度、力量、耐力素质上,专项体能评估方法主要针对专项素质和一般素质,陆上与冰上体能训练和周期性训练结构的研究较少,冰球运动员体能训练在以上方面的研究和实践均有待深化。Physical fitness is the basis of ice hockey players who must compete with others,but the academic research is still insufficient.This paper summarizes and analyzes the physical training needs,training methods and special physical fitness evaluation methods of ice hockey players through the analysis of relevant literature,and draws the conclusions that ice hockey game belongs to the sports of indirect competition and its energy supply mode is made of ATP-CP,glycolysis and aerobic energy supply system;while the current physical training methods mainly focus on speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality.Physical training on land and ice and periodic training structure is not the main point;specific physical fitness evaluation methods mainly foucs on the special quality and general quality.All sides need to be deepened.
