摘 要:某型号前/后接口套圈属于材料为0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb的筒形、小直径、侧壁带翻边的零件。该材料零件加工难度大、结构复杂,成形困难。通过改变以往成形方法,将现有的前、后接口套圈合并为一个零件进行整体加工。通过仿真软件对材料的成形工艺方案进行了模拟分析和试验验证,并将研究成果应用于实际零件的加工中。工艺过程采用了多次拉深、整体翻边等工艺方法,经过多次试验,该整体成形技术的应用最终提高了零件成形精度,减少了焊缝的数量,有效提升了零件成形的合格率,达到国外相同零件的制造水平,获得了符合设计要求的产品。The front / rear interface ring whose material is 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb with cylindrical,small diameter,sidewall with flange,has a complex structure and is difficult to process and form. By changing the conventional forming method,the front and rear interface ring parts were combined into a whole process including multiple stretching and the integral flanging. Its forming method was simulated by simulation software,verified by experiments and the research results were applied to the actual process. After many trials,the application of the above integral forming technology could improve the forming precision of parts,reduce the number of welds,effectively promote the passing rate of parts,which made the parts achieve the same manufacturing level as the foreign one,finally,the product met the design requirement was obtained.
