摘  要:目的观察微弧氧化(MAO)处理对钛片表面人成骨细胞附着、增殖及活性的影响。方法将90片钛片分为观察组、对照组和空白组各30片,观察组和对照组分别采用MAO法、双氧水处理,空白组为纯钛对照。取对数生长期人成骨细胞100μL细胞悬液涂布于各组钛片表面。分别于培养1、2、3、6、7、8 d采用血球计数板计数钛片表面附着成骨细胞数,采用MTT法测定培养1、2、3、6 d各组细胞增殖抑制率,采用ALP试剂检测各组培养3、6 d时ALP活性。结果培养3、6、7、8 d,钛片表面附着人成骨细胞数均观察组>对照组>空白组,P均<0.05。培养3、6 d时,细胞增殖率均观察组>对照组>空白组,P均<0.05。培养3、6 d时ALP活性均观察组>对照组>空白组,P均<0.05。结论 MAO处理钛片与人成骨细胞生物相容性较好,可促进人成骨细胞早期附着和细胞增殖,提高ALP活性。Objective To observe the effects of microarc oxidation (MAO) on the adhesion, proliferation and ALP activity of osteoblasts on pure titanium surface. Methods Ninety samples of pure titanium were divided into three groups : the observation group, control group and the blank group, 30 in each group. The observation group and control group were treated by MAO and hydrogen peroxide, and the blank group was pure titanium. The titanium surface was coated in 100 tLL cell suspension of osteoblasts in the logarithmic phase. On day 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8, the blood counting chamber was used to count the number of osteoblasts adhering on the surface of the titanium plate, and MTr was used to determine the cell proliferation rate on day 1, 2, 3 and 6 in each group, and alkaline phosphatase was used to detect the ALP activity on day 3 and 6. Results On day 3, 6, 7 and 8, the number of osteoblasts adhering on the surface of the titanium plate: the ob- servation group 〉 the control group 〉 the blank group, all P 〈 0.05. The cell proliferation rate on day 3 and 6 : the obser- vation group 〈 the control group 〈 the blank group, all P 〈 0.05. The ALP activity on day 3 and 6 : the observation group 〉 the control group 〉 the blank group, all P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Titanium surface treated with MAO exhibits better biocom- patibility, which can effectively improve the adhesion of osteoblasts in the early stage, promote the cell^prolferation and im- prove the ALP activity.
