摘 要:为提高深井巷道围岩注浆加固工程中注浆扩散能力,所需的、最佳的注浆孔间距、注浆压力pc、注浆时间t等参数。基于注浆材料浆液黏度时变效应的重要性,采用理论分析方法,建立单一柱面扩散简化模型,推导注浆扩散半径r与pc和t的关系。通过实验室试验,分别分析普通硅酸盐水泥、加1%水玻璃的水泥浆和GPM-3型高强注浆材料的黏度时变效应。在山西某煤矿进行工业性试验。结果表明:注浆材料的浆液随着时间的延长,浆液的剪切屈服强度变化不明显,浆液的黏度却呈指数关系增大;r随t及pc的增加而增加,但注浆一定时间后增加趋势变得不明显。在注浆工程中,应该考虑浆液黏度、注浆时间、注浆压力对注浆扩散能力的影响。The paper was aimed at determing optimal values of grouting parameters,such as slurry grouting hole spacing, slurry grouting pressure, slurry grouting time, which are essential to increasing diffusion capacity of slurry grouting in deep roadway surrounding rock. In view of the importance of grouting material slurry viscosity time-varying behavior, a single cylindrical diffusion simplified model was built by using theoretical analysis method. And the relationship between grouting diffusion radius and both grouting pressure and grouting time was derived. The viscosity time-varying behavior was analyzed for the ordinary portland cement, 1% sodium silicate cement and GPM-3 type high strength grouting material respectively on the basis of data resulted from laboratory tests. Industrial tests were done in a certain coal mine in Shanxi province,China. The results show that with the extension of time, the slurry shear yield strength did not change significantly,but the slurry viscosity increases exponentially, and that the radius incrreases with both grouting time and grouting pressure,but the increasing trend is not so obvious after certain grouting time. The slurry viscosity, grouting time and grouting pressure should be considered, for the influence of grouting diffusion ability in the grouting project.
