摘　　要：目的:系统评价醒脑静治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:检索2005-2015年中国知网、万方数据库和重庆维普数据库中醒脑静治疗高血压脑出血的相关文献,并应用Stata 11.0软件对符合入选标准的文献进行异质性检验和效应值合并,综合分析各种偏倚及效应值。结果:纳入符合条件的相关文献共27篇,其中实验组1 187例,对照组1 165例。醒脑静治疗高血压脑出血的有效率高于对照组,合并OR值(95%CI)为3.19(2.56～ 3.97),P<0.05;醒脑静可以降低患者的神经功能损伤评分,SMD值(95%CI)为-1.45(-1.79～ -1.11),P<0.05;醒脑静的治疗有助于提高GCS评分,SMD值(95%CI)为0.63(0.20～ 1.06),P<0.05;醒脑静可以提高患者的生活自理能力,合并OR值(95%CI)为5.18(2.95～ 9.10),P<0.05。结论:醒脑静治疗高血压脑出血具有显著的疗效,可以提高治疗有效率,降低患者的神经功能的损伤以及提高患者愈后的生活自理能力,但由于Meta分析的局限性,仍然需要大量的研究。AIM： To evaluate the effect of Xingnaojing on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.METHODS： Literature from 2005 to 2015 on relationship between Xingnaojing and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was retrieved from online Chinese periodical full-text databases of Chongqing VIP,China National Knowledge Index（ CNKI） and Wanfang. All the effect indexes were analyzed by Stata 11. 0. RESULTS： 27 articles were involved in the analysis, including 1 187 cases of the treatment group and 1 165 cases of the control group. Xingnaojing could treat the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage better than the control group, pooled OR：3. 19（ 95% CI： 2. 56 to 3. 97）,P 〈0. 05. Neurological deficit score could be reduced by the treatment of Xingnaojing,SMD（ 95% CI） ：-1. 45（- 1. 79 to -1. 11）,P 〈0. 05. There were significant differences between the two groups about the GCS of Xingnaojing,SMD（ 95% CI） ： 0. 63（ 0. 20 to 1. 06）,P〈 0. 05. Xingnaojing could improve the self-help ability of patients,pooled OR： 5. 18（ 95% CI： 2. 95 to 9. 10）,P〈 0. 05. CONCLUSION：Xingnaojing has significant curative effect on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. It also can improve the effective rate,reduce the neurological deficit score and increase the self-help abilities of patients.
