摘　　要：Livin是凋亡抑制蛋白(inhibitor of apoptosis protein,IAPs)家族的新成员,在胎儿发育过程的多种组织中高表达,于正常成人的大多数终末组织中(除胎盘)低表达或不表达,而在很多人类恶性肿瘤中高表达;本文着重就Livin基因分子结构、组织表达、生物学功能及在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。Livin gene is a new member in inhibitor of apoptosis protein（IAPs）family which was recently found.It has high expression in variety organizations of fetal development,and has low or even no expression in most normal adult＇s terminal tissues（except placents）.However,Livin is highly expressed in many human malignancies;The paper summarized the Livin gene＇s molecular structure,tissue expression,biological function,and the research progress in gynecologic malignant tumors.
