摘　　要：针对现有的高校实验室建设与管理模式进行研究,分析了地方高校实验室传统建设管理模式及其弊端,从高校实验室建设、拓展实验室功能、改革高校实验室管理模式等方面进行探讨。以新余学院医学院实验室建设和管理问题为切入点,提出对地方性高校实验室建设的具体建议。In view of the existing mode of laboratory construction and management in colleges and universities, we analyzed the traditional mode of laboratory construction and management in local colleges and universities as well as its disadvantages. We also discussed the construction of laboratory, extension of laboratory function, and reform of laboratory management mode in colleges and universities. Taking the existing problems in laboratory construction and management of School of Medical Sciences of Xinyu University as the breakthrough point, we proposed some specific suggestions on laboratory construction in local colleges and universities.
