摘　　要：结合机械工程专业实际,针对如何实现校企双方共同制定人才培养方案,如何实现校企双方共同开发实践教学基地,如何使学生深入企业,在实际岗位上"做中学"等问题做了相应的探索与实践。目的是增强学生的工程实践能力,最大限度地提高人才培养的实效性和实用性。Mechanical engineeringmajorsbelong to engineering majors,which not only demands students to master the professional theory knowledge,but also has the strong practical operation skills,is a physical and practical majors. According to the governmentguidance for ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities transform to practical colleges and universities,this article discusses the meaning of cooperation between colleges and the key problems to solve. Combining the reality of mechanical engineering majors,the issues are explored and practiced on howto make the train plan by colleges and enterprise,howto build practical teaching base,and howto make students further practice in the actual positions to realize the ＂learning by doing ＂. The final purpose is to enhance the students＇ ability of engineering practice,and to maximize the effectiveness and practicability of talent training.
