摘　　要：在大学生中弘扬和倡导践行社会主义核心价值观是培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的必然要求。"思想道德修养与法律基础"课的政治和意识形态性特征以及教育内容,决定了该课程在高校弘扬社会主义核心价值观的引领作用。为提高实效,必须充分发挥"基础"课第二课堂独特优势。从提高学生参与度、为学生提供自主获得资源的机会、建立反馈机制三个方面提出了加强"基础"课第二课堂建设的建议。Promoting and advocating the implementation of socialist core values among the university students is an inevitable requirement of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialist cause. Political and ideological characteristics and contents of education determine its leading role in the developing and expanding socialist core values. To enhance the actual effects,the unique advantages of the second classroom of this course must be given full play. The course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis has proposed howto build the second classroom of foundation courses from the perspectives of enhancing students＇ participating degree,providing the chances of gaining the resources and establishing the feedback mechanism.
