摘　　要："中正"思想是《周易》古经的一个重要思想,表示爻位的履中得位,凡符合中正的爻多吉而少凶,这包涵了一种素朴的道德观念的萌芽。这种思想在《易传》中被特别加以阐扬,《易传》以天人合一的宇宙论模式沟通了人的行为与吉凶之间的联系,并将《周易》古经中朴素的中正思想上升为一种指导君子为人处世的中正之道。《易传》正是通过对天人合一的宇宙模式的确认,赋予作为宇宙本体的天道一种全新的道德意义,从而证成了君子尊道修道的合理性,并进而确保道德与吉凶之间的一致性。The mean of Zhongzheng is a crucial idea of the Book of Changes（《 周 易 》）. It means the position of lines in the trigram is pretty well and supposing to be good fortune, which contains a simple moral idea. And this idea was inherit and developed by Yi Zhuan（《 易 传 》）, which connects the action of human with fortune by a Unity-Human-Nature model of cosmology and enhanced it into a philosophic theory to conduct human＇s behavior. This paper was designed to discuss the relationship between virtue with fortune on the point of the mean of Zhongzheng of Zhouyi,and also referring to the thoughts concerning the mean of Zhongzheng by previous Confucian scholars, in order to reveal its transcendental dimension and profound connotation.
