马克思主义哲学视野下的志愿精神培育透析

摘　　要：新世纪以来蓬勃发展的中国志愿服务事业遭遇马克思主义理论研究之"源头失语"的尴尬。事实上,"志愿精神"始终都在马克思主义哲学视野之中,其产生和发展、精神实质、培育方法和目标指向无不体现马克思主义哲学的理论内涵。其中,社会存在与社会意识辩证关系原理是理解我国志愿精神形成与发展的理论基础。马克思主义道德哲学揭示了志愿精神培育的本质规定性,志愿精神培育体现为个性化和社会化教育的协调发展。志愿精神培育路径和方法选择必须放置到社会实践的总体系统中考察,马克思主义实践论奠定了我国志愿精神培育的方法论原则。马克思主义人学理论内含着的人的本质理论和人的全面发展理论为我国志愿精神培育的价值依归指明了方向。Since the beginning of the new century, the development of Chinese volunteer service has suffered the embarrassment of the ＂source aphasia＂ of Marxist theory. In fact, the volunteerism＇s production and development, spiritual essence, cultivation methods and objectives are all reflected in the theoretical connotation of Marxist philosophy. The scientific judgment about social existence and social consciousness is from the historical materialism, which is the basis of understanding the formation and development of volunteerism in our country. Marxist moral theory reveals the essence stipulation of volunteerism cultivation,which embodies the coordinated development of personalization and socialization. The volunteerism cultivation＇s path and method selection must also be placed in the overall system of social practice. Marxist practical theory lays methodological principle of volunteerism cultivation in China. Marxist human theory contains the essence of human nature and human＇s full scale development, which points out the direction for the value of volunteerism cultivation.
