专业化视野下的体育教师继续教育问题探讨

摘　　要：为了提高体育教师的执教能力和职业素养,从有利于高职院校发展和培养高素质的人才角度出发,对体育教师专业化继续教育过程中存在的问题、必要性和对策进行了探讨.结果表明,体育教师专业化是其职后持续接受继续教育的动态发展过程,体育教师对自身的专业水平和继续教育的重要性认识不足,是制约其专业化发展的"瓶颈".体育教师继续教育应确立以人为本的培训目标,重视体育教师学历层次,专业知识,专业技能的提高以及专业意识的培养,继续教育是体育教师专业化的旨归.In terms of vocational colleges＇development and cultivating high quality students,some problems,necessities and countermeasures that exist in the process of physical education（P.E.）teachers＇further study should be discussed in order to improve teachers＇teaching ability and occupational attainment.The results show that P.E.teachers＇further study is the dynamic developing process,and P.E.teachers lack the awareness of their own professional standards and the importance of further study,which is the bottleneck restricting their professional development.People-oriented training objective should be established in P.E.teachers＇further study.Our government should pay attention to improve P.E.teachers＇educational level,professional knowledge,professional skills as well as professional training.Further study is the purpose of P.E.teachers＇professional development.
