摘　　要：综述了近年来辅导员职业情感的概念界定、辅导员职业情感现状、辅导员职业情感影响因素、辅导员职业情感培养措施四个方面的研究成果,对研究成果进行客观评价,并对研究群体、理论基础和形成机理、研究方法等方面提出未来的研究方向。This paper summarized four aspects of research results in recent years：the definition of university counselors＇ occupation emotional problem,the status of counselors＇ occupational emotion,the factors influence counselors＇ occupational emotion and the measures to cultivate counselors＇ occupational emotion.Furthermore,this paper made an impersonal evaluation on the research results,and put forward a future research direction on group study,theoretical basis,the formation mechanism,research methods and other aspects.
