摘　　要：心理控制源和归因方式对学生学习活动有着显著影响。研究表明,内控心理倾向是影响医学生学习质量的主要因素,大多数学生均把学习质量的优劣主要归因于个人的努力和能力,而对外部因素的作用,学生们认为运气比背景更为重要。教育工作者应当高度重视学生个性心理特征,培养学生良好的心理素质,提高学习质量。The locus of control and attributional style has a significant impact on students＇ learning activities.Research shows that the internal psychological tendency is the main factor affecting the study quality of the medical students.Most of the students attributed the good learning results to the individual effort and ability.While the external factors,the students think that luck is more important than the background.Educators should pay more attention to the students＇ psychological characteristics of personality,cultivate students＇ good psychological quality and improve the study quality.
