奥扎格雷联合参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥扎格雷联合参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法 2011年1月至2015年12月收治的脑梗死患者123例,按照随机随机数字表法分成两组。对照组61例,在常规治疗基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液。治疗组62例,在对照组的基础上加用奥扎格雷注射液,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)、日常生活能力译分(ADL)均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治愈率与有效率亦高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组安全性方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥扎格雷联合参芎葡萄糖注射液在治疗脑梗死方面疗效较单用参芎葡萄糖注射液更好,且安全性无差异。Objective To observe effect and safety of ozagrel injection combined with salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and twenty-three patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January,2011 to December,2015 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（ n= 61） was treated with conventional treatment plus the salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose Injection.The treatment group（ n = 62） was treated with the ozagrel injection on the basis of the control group. The coagulation function,urine routine,blood glucose,blood lipid,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram（ ECG） were checked before treatment,every week during the treatment and at discharge.Results The NIHSS and ADL in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05 and 0. 001,respectively）.The clinical recovery rate and effective rate in the treatment group were higher that that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05 and 0. 01,respectively）.No significant difference in the safety was found between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion The ozagrel injection combined with salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection has a better curative effect than salviae miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection alone in the treatment of cerebral infarction. The safety is no different between the two therapeutic methods.
