摘 要:目的:了解高职护生在实习前对护理安全认知情况。方法:2014年5-6月采用自行设计的问卷对即将进入实习的195名高职护生进行调查。结果:护生的护理风险意识薄弱,护理相关法律、规章制度知识欠缺。其中知道患者权利只有17.95%,知道风险事件的高发区的只有15.96%,知道特殊护理操作告知制度17.95%,认为自己风险相关知识掌握很好的仅为10.77%,认为与患者沟通强为0%,13.33%护生对学校开设风险相关课程的总体评价满意。结论:护生对护理安全认知不容乐观,学校应完善护理专业设置,增设护理风险管理课程,强化护生的安全教育。Objective: To know the nursing safety cognition of vocational nurses before the practice. Methods: Had investigation to 195 vocational nurse students who had upcoming internship by self- designed questionnaires from May to June in 2014. Results: The nursing risk consciousness of nurse students was weak and the knowledge of related nursing laws,rules and regulations were lack. Only 17. 95% nurses knew the patient rights,15. 96% nurse knew the high incidence of risk events,17. 95% nurses knew the special nursing operation informing system,10. 77% nurses thought that they had a good master of the related knowledge about risk,0% thought that they had a good communication ability and 13. 33% nurses felt satisfied about the overall evaluation to the related risk curriculum set by school. Conclusion: The nursing safety cognition of nurse students was pessimistic. School shall perfect nursing profession setting,increase nursing risk management courses and strengthen nurse students' safety education.
