摘 要:用正交实验法研究了温度、pH、接种率和搅拌强度对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵产沼气量的影响,确定了考察因子的主次以及最优工艺条件;对影响因素较为显著的温度、pH、接种率进行了单因素验证实验;对正交实验的化学需氧量(CODcr)进行了研究。实验结果表明:在温度为55℃、pH为7、接种率为30%、搅拌强度为0 m/s时,厌氧发酵的产气量最大;各因素对沼气产量影响大小的顺序依次为温度、pH、接种率和搅拌强度。Influences of temperature, inoculum rates, pH and mixing intensity on anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste recyling methane were studied by orthogonal tests, in which the affecting order of the factors and optimal technological conditions were confirmed.Single factor experiments were done to verify the conclusion for Influences of temperature, inoculum rates and pH And study on chemical oxygen demand(CODcr)of orthogonal tests. Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions of anaerobic digestion were temperature 55 ℃, pH 7, inoculum rate 30 %, mixing intensity 0 m/s, the methane yield at the optimal conditions. And affecting order of the factors as temperature, pH, inoculum rates and mixing intensity.
