摘　　要：高校创新型人才培养是现阶段我国经济社会发展的客观需要,也是"2011计划"对高等院校教育教学体制改革的一项重要诉求。通过对课程设置、课堂及实践教学模式进行改革,积极引导学生创新能力培养,构建人才、学科、科研三位一体的创新型教学模式,力争通过协同创新战略推动下的教学体制改革,促进大学生素质教育建设。Innovative talents training is the objective requirement in the present stage of economic and social development in our country, and is also an important demand of＂2011 project＂ for deepening the practical education system reform in universities. Through the reformation on the curriculum, classroom and the practice teaching mode, it can guide the students to cultivate their cognitive ability, and construct the trinity of innovative teaching mode, including talent, discipline, and the scientific research. Under the driven of collaborative innovation strategy driven to the reformation of education system, it could promote the construction of college students＇ quality education.
