摘 要:针对现有封孔测压方法聚氨酯堵头不能实现高压注浆,水泥砂浆封孔测压不适用于近水平钻孔,胶囊粘液测压成本高,不适用于瓦斯压力大于3.5 MPa等问题,提出聚氨酯-胶囊二次注浆封孔测压技术。推导出预注浆阶段有效封孔长度与钻孔倾角之间的函数关系,确定了近水平钻孔封孔长度,同时通过两个渗透扩散模型校验得到注浆扩散半径。在阳泉上社煤矿进行的现场应用中对比胶囊粘液测压技术,测压结果误差在2%以内;相对聚氨酯做堵头的带压注浆测压技术节约测压时间16 h,实现了准确快速测压。The existing pressure measurement method for sealing has some problems,such as the polyurethane plug cannot achieve high pressure grouting,cement mortar sealing does not apply to approximately horizontal drilling,pressure measurement method by sealing of capsule and mucus does cost more and not apply to the high gas pressure which is greater than 3.5 MPa.According to these problems,a pressure measurement technology by secondary grouting sealing of polyurethane and capsule was put forward.In this article,the function relationship between the effective sealing length and drilling inclination angle at pre-grouting was derived,and the sealing length of the approximately horizontal drilling was determined.Besides,the grouting diffusion radius was obtained by the verification of two diffusion models.In the field application of Shangshe Coal Mine in Yangquan,compared with pressure measurement technology by sealing of capsule and mucus,the pressure measurement result error of this technology is within 2%; And compared with pressure measurement technology of pressure grouting sealing by polyurethane plug,this technology can save 16 hours of pressure measurement time.It can realize accurate and rapid pressure measurement.
