RbAp48在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨RbAp48在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法收集标本,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测72例正常子宫内膜组织(增生期21例,分泌期27例,绝经期24例)、27例子宫内膜不典型增生、52例不同分化程度的子宫内膜腺癌组织标本中RbAp48蛋白的表达,并分析RbAp48表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果子宫内膜腺癌组织中RbAp48的表达高于正常子宫内膜及子宫内膜不典型增生,与增生期无关(P>0.05),与分泌期、绝经期及不典型增生有关(P<0.05);分化程度低的腺癌RbAp48表达比分化程度高的腺癌RbAp48表达高,RbAp48表达与FIGO分期、远处转移、孕激素服用史、肌层浸润深度以及肥胖、糖尿病等有关,与年龄、月经初潮、痛经、体质量指数、盆腔淋巴结转移、淋巴血管间隙受累无关。结论 RbAp48在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生及子宫内膜腺癌组织中均有表达,腺癌组织中RbAp48表达上调,提示其可能在子宫内膜腺癌中发挥重要作用。Objective To explore RbAp48 expression and its significance in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods Specimens were collected from 72 cases of normal endometrium（ 21 in hyperplasia phase,27 in secretory phase,24 in menopause）,27 cases of atypical hyperplasia,and 52 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma with varying degrees of differentiation. The RbAp48 expression was detected with immunohistochemical method. The relevance between RbAp48 expression and the clinicopathological features of endometrial adenocarcinoma was analyzed. Results The RbAp48 expression was higher in endometrial adenocarcinoma than in normal endometrium and atypical hyperplasia. It was related to the secretory phase,menopause and atypical hyperplasia（ P 0. 05）,but not related to proliferative phase（ P 0. 05）. Poorly differentiated endometrial adenocarcinomas expressed higher RbAp48 than highly differentiated ones.RbAp48 expression was related to FIGO staging,distant metastasis,progestin use,myometrial invasion,obesity and diabetes,but not related to age,menarche age,dysmenorrhea,BMI,metastasis of pelvic lymph node,and lymphvascular space involvement. Conclusion RbAp48 is expressed in normal endometrium,endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues. RbAp48 expression is up-regulated in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues suggesting that it may play an important role in endometrial adenocarcinoma.
