摘　　要：新形势下高校教师的流动频度与速度不断加快。规范、系统的人事档案在教师流动中的作用日益明显。扩展高校人事档案的内容,改善结构,转变管理理念,提高服务质量,加快人事档案的共享化进程,促进高校人事档案的信用功能构建。Under the new situation,as the flow frequency and flow speed of the teachers in colleges and universities are getting faster and faster,the effect of standard system of personnel archives has become obvious.By extending the content of the personnel archives of colleges and universities,improving the structure,changing the concept of management,increasing the quality of service,promoting personnel archives sharing process,we can strengthen the credit function of college personnel archives construction.
