摘　　要：高校重点学科在八年制临床医学专业学生实验技能与科研创新培养方面具有重要的作用.本文就如何运用、发挥分子生物学重点学科研究基地、人才培养基地的资源优势与科研平台优势,构建适合八年制医学生的创新型人才培养的开放管理模式与具体实施方案进行了探讨,并在八年制医学生早期科研训练实践中加以更新完善.The key laboratory of universities plays an important role in cultivating the students＇ experimental skills and scientific research innovation of the eight-year clinical medical students,but the open pattern is still in its primary stage.The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to make full use of its advantages in resources and scientific research level of key laboratory of molecular biology base of scientific research in eight-year clinical medicine students innovative talents cultivation.Also the key laboratory of open management mode and the concrete implementation plan in the eight-year program of clinical medicine students are discussed to constantly update in early training of scientific research practice.
