药学学术型博士研究生培养过程调查研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查方法对北京大学药学院2012年～ 2014年毕业的博士研究生进行了调查,了解了博士研究生课程学习、完成培养方案规定的重要培养环节以及研究生毕业后就业等培养过程的情况,分析并讨论了博士研究生培养中存在的问题,提出了进一步加强博士研究生培养质量的建议.The study is based on a questionnaire survey of recent 3 years of doctoral graduates at the Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences.The problems in the process of training of pharmacy PhD are obtained,such as curriculum,completion of some key points and the situation of the PhD students employment and so on.By analyzing these problems,some proposal related to PhD program is discussed.
