大型综合医院进修生管理转型的思考与探索

摘　　要：进修生继续医学教育的水平是大型综合医院综合实力的重要体现.本文以第三军医大学附属西南医院为例,从2011年～2013年来院的进修生人数、学历、职称、医院级别及来源地等因素,综合分析对比了西南医院进修生继续教育的发展现状及其存在的问题,并结合医疗发展的近况提出了推动进修生管理发展的新思路,为全国大型综合医院进修生继续医学教育的发展提供借鉴与参考.The level of continuing medical education is one of the most important embodiment for the strength of hospital,this research takes the Affiliated Southwest Hospital of Third Military Medical University as the object and analyses the data of advanced students from 2011 to 2013,which include of the number of advanced students,education qualifications,the levels and sources of hospital and so on.The current development situation of the continuing education in southwest hospital was summarized and some appropriate methods which combined with the current status of the continuing education were proposed.All of these founding just want to provide some experiences for the development of the general hospital.
