摘　　要：采用问卷调查方法,对泰山医学院公共事业管理专业（卫生事业管理方向）学生就有关专业认知和人才培养的问题进行调查.结果表明,公共事业管理专业（卫生事业管理方向）的社会知晓度和认可度不高;学生渴望参加更多的实践教学,对就业持悲观态度;重视医学知识、卫生管理及相关政策法规的学习.因此,应当增加实践教学的比重;建立导师指导制度;根据用人单位的需求,及时调整培养方向和方案：以优化公共事业管理专业人才培养体系.To investigate the students of Public Service Administration Major of Taishan Medical College issues on the professional knowledge and personnel training with questionnaire method.The results showed that the popularity and social recognition of the professional is not high,students take a pessimistic view on employment and eager to accept more practice teaching,pay attention to the learning of the medical knowledge,health management and relevant policies and regulations.So put forward some optimization suggestions on the cultivation system：increase the proportion of practice teaching,build system of teacher guidance,adjust training direction and plans timely according to the employer＆#39; s requirements.To optimize the management of public utilities professional training system.
